The PCC or Parish Council is the legally constituted charitable organisation responsible for representing the congregation and promoting the whole mission of the church within the parish. The PCC is responsible for the church buildings, the parish finances, employment of parish staff, etc. The current list of PCC members at June 2023 can be viewed here: PCC Members June 2023.pdf
The PCC is elected by the enrolled members of the congregation at the Annual General meeting usually held in April each year. Members of St Paul’s PCC also serve on several committees according to their expertise and interest addressing issues such as:-
- Welcome
- Nurture
- Outreach
- Communications
- Finance
- Fabric (Church buildings and grounds)
- Environment
- Social
The PCC meets once a month except for the month of August
