Two all-day sessions of open church with 30+ Nativity sets on display, on loan with kind permission of members of our church community.  See the beautiful example on the right. There will be a children's trail and children's Nativity costumes for the young ones to enjoy.  You are welcome to come on either Saturday or Sunday, or why not visit us on both days? Entrance is free and refreshments will be served.  Festive and hand-crafted goods will be available for purchase.

During each afternoon we will have talks on the theme of St Paul's 'The Christmas Church' where you can discover all the sublime and beautiful ways that the Christmas Story is represented in the architecture of St Paul's.  Notable examples include the exquisite hand-carved reredos (see left) and the beautiful stained glass in the windows of the Lady Chapel, from the studio of the renowned Charles Eamer Kempe.  Your expert guide is church historian Elizabeth Simon.
Sunday 5th December, 6:30 pm:  Advent Choral Evensong

St Paul's Choir led by Kevin Jones bring our Nativity Festival to a close with a beautiful choral evensong. This special service of worship is the perfect opportunity to appreciate the fine acoustic of our church and the talent of our choir!
