Parish clergy are avilable to conduct funerals and memorial services either at St Paul's or at local crematoria or cemeteries.  Services are planned with the next of kin.  Please contact the Vicar or the Parish Office if you wish to arrange a funeral service.

Under current Covid-19 guidelines, we are able to hold funeral services in our church with up to 30 mourners in attendance (in addition to the priest, Funeral Director and funeral staff).  Social distancing and the 2-metre rule will apply.  Hygiene precautions will be in place and hand sanitizers provided.  Anyone showing symptoms of coronavirus infection (Covid-19) should not attend.  Mourners should follow advice on social distancing when travelling to and from the service.  Do not travel with anyone outside your household or support bubble.  Please contact us to discuss details.

During this diffficult time of pandemic, many people are finding that as a consequence of social restrictions they are unable to attend the funeral of a family member, friend or neighbour.  To help anyone facing this painful crisis, the following reflections have been prepared by a vicar.  The simple liturgy can be followed at home, alone or with those with whom you share your home.  We hope it will help you to commemorate and remember the life of someone you have lost, even if you cannot attend their funeral service.   Funeral liturgy at home: a simple reflection at home on the day of a funeral you cannot attend.
